The Executive Education Office offered a 2-day program on “Managerial Decision Making & Leadership” by Prof. Caroline WANG from mid-March. It is the first open program after border reopening and easing travel restrictions. With the aim to help participants lead their teams to make quality decisions for long-term professional and organizational success, the program is structured with a decision-making framework tested by many practical situations.

Our participants are seasoned managers and directors from diverse industries, with average 20 years of management experience, representing seven companies from Hong Kong and Mainland China. They were excited about the face-to-face learning opportunities where they could interact with different executives in class. They also found the learning experience eye-opening and inspiring, with hands-on experience shared by faculty and peers from other leading companies and diverse industries.

A number of open programs (consortium and short programs) are open for registration now. New topics/areas including Critical Thinking for Managers, Digital Marketing for Executives, and Sustainability and Climate Related Risks. Special rate is available for alumni, group (3 or more registrations) and early bird. Latest details can be found on the program website.
