In early November, Professor XU Yan, Association Dean (HKUST EMBA, Executive Education & China Strategy) of the School was invited to join China Annual Conference in Beijing to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the official publication of the Harvard Business Review, the Harvard Business Review (Chinese).
On behalf of the HKUST Business School Prof. Xu delivered a keynote speech on the topic of “The New Generation - The Driven Engine of Change” and shared his views on “Youthquake”, which stands for the social and economic change that brings about by the new generation, and its implication for business and management. The event was in hybrid mode with around five million times/person of attendance from different media platforms.
