Coming from various continents around the world, the HKUST-NYU Stern Master of Science in Global Finance (MSGF) Class of 2022 has committed themselves to their studies during this challenging time. Grateful for the quarantine relaxation, two-thirds of the class gathered in Hong Kong for the final module on HKUST campus.
The cohort presented their final assignment by applying critical thinking, integrating financial knowledge assimilated throughout the program, and showcasing the thorough quantitative analysis of some real-life cases at the integrative project group presentation, the capstone module of the MSGF program. Congratulations to the MSGF Class of 2022, who have truly reinvented themselves and enhanced their competitiveness in this new normal.
Meanwhile, the MSGF program has extended a warm welcome to the Class of 2023 on NYU campus, the first-ever opening module at NYU. This new cohort consists of students from 12 citizenships, including Kazakhstan and Cameroon, with an average age of 35 and 11 years of work experience. Although a few students could only join us virtually, we are thrilled that everyone participates actively in class. We look forward to meeting this class in person at HKUST campus in January.
International student diversity is the essence of such a truly global program.
