Executive Education Office strives to offer different programs to meet challenges in today’s increasingly complex environment for the middle to senior managerial level officers in the HKSAR government departments and related organizations. This fall, the office kicked off two series of specially designed multi-modular programs, namely Management Development Program 2022 and Leadership Development Program 2022.
The Management Development Programs will be held in two full classes, with a total of 89 participants from 17 departments and organizations. This 9-day program comprises four modules, covering various topics including Teambuilding and Problem Solving, Managerial Decision Making, Leadership and Change Management, Negotiation, and Crisis and Stress Management.
46 participants from 10 departments and organizations have joined the Leadership Development Program. It is a 4-day 4-module program that covers different themes, such as Leading for Performance, Managerial Decision Making, Team Communications and Creative Thinking.
We wish the participants a remarkable learning journey at HKUST, to enrich their mindsets and to network with colleagues from different departments or organizations.
