Executive Education Office offered a number of face-to-face 2-day programs in the fall semester:

Corporate Finance for Non-financial Executives

Aiming to help executives create firm value through financing and investment decisions, this new program introduced the key concepts of corporate finance and the tools of corporate valuation, which are essential for executives across every functional area. Participants learnt multiple methods of corporate valuation that would help them evaluate both individual investment projects and that of the entire firm, and identify firms’ key value drivers.

Associate Professor Alminas ŽALDOKAS, Department of Finance

Managerial Decision Making & Leadership

We believe responsible quality decision-making is a competence that can be acquired and a discipline that should be practiced. To help executives lead their teams to make quality decisions for long-term success, this program covered decision-making traps and the framework, which helped executives refresh and rethink, in order to stay ahead and achieve organizational success.

(Middle front) Adjunct Professor Caroline WANG, Department of Management

Over 50 seasoned executives joined the above programs and they are from diverse industries, companies, and functions. They found both programs inspiring and practical.
