In today’s dynamic and challenging business environment, it is essential for leaders to lead and communicate with their teams to make high-quality decisions and achieve desirable performance.
Since 2014, the Executive Education Office has been offering the High Potentials Leadership 5-day Consortium Program to address executives’ learning needs. The program comprises of three 1-2 day modules, namely Managerial Decision Making, Effective Team Communications and Leading Teams to Performance. Through lectures, case studies, exercises and group discussions, the program aims to develop high flyers by improving their leadership capabilities and offering them the latest management knowledge.

This year, the class is made up of 32 participants from 15 companies in different fields, such as building and construction, insurance, manufacturing, medical services/pharmaceutical, and government and non-profit sector.
In late August, the first module was kicked off with the class taught by Prof. Bilian SULLIVAN, covering topics like tools for decision making, common biases on judgement and decision traps.
