To equip executives with essential knowledge on driving and managing change in organizations, the Executive Education Office launched a new open program, namely Leading Organizational Change, in early July 2022.
Taught by Management Professor Kin CHAN, the program aims to impart knowledge of the language and tools to articulate change; the context and justification for organizational change; the design and plan of change programs; and how to formulate strategies for overcoming resistance to organizational changes.
Through interactive discussions, Professor Chan inspires executives to understand business strategies, change and innovation as well as apply change models and develop effective strategies for implementing change.
Senior executives from 10 leading companies have participated in the program. They come from eight industries, including architecture, building and construction, consumer goods, entertainment, food and beverage, logistics, pharmaceutical and telecommunications. Participants found the program inspiring and practical.
Taught by Professor Kin Chan, the program helps executives to bring about meaningful organizational changes in a discipline and innovative manner.
