On February 16, HKUST Business School signed a letter of intent with YF Life Insurance International Limited (YF Life) at the YF Life Innovation Strategic Partnership Conference.
YF Life is a member of the publicly listed company Yunfeng Financial Group Limited. The agreement will pave the way for both organizations to collaborate on talent development. Our partnership includes providing high-quality executive programs for YF Life employees as well as other long-term and transformative strategic programs on leadership development.
Celebrating their mission “Own the Future”, Dr. ZHANG Ke, Managing Director and CEO of YF Life, spoke at the event and pledged to propel the company to the next level by focusing on developing “strong, refined, fast, intelligent, and broad” business approaches. To achieve this, Dr. Zhang also emphasized customer experience and employee value as two essential training values.
Professor XU Yan, Associate Dean of HKUST Business School, also spoke at the event. “As a top-ranking young university in the world, HKUST is committed to a clear strategic positioning. Additionally, our business school serves the community by empowering companies through executive education. We are highly impressed by YF Life’s ambitious leadership and innovation strategy, and we are honored to be one of the partners for Dr. Zhang’s vision for the company.”
During the conference, YF Life also signed agreements with Bauhinia Think Tank, DL Holdings, Jinan University, and Bauhinia Magazine.
