Prof LEUNG Siu Fai, Department of Economics, was named the Dean’s Faculty Service Award recipient this year. Prof Leung has significant contributions to the Department, School, University, and the society.
He served in many leadership roles including as the Head of Department of Economics and the President of the Chinese Economic Association in North America. He is also dedicated to public services by serving different government advisory bodies such as the Minimum Wage Commission, for which he was awarded the Medal of Honor by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in 2019.
