Since October, the Executive Education Office resumed face-to-face classes. In November, the office also launched two multi-modular general management programs specially designed for government departments and other related organizations. This year, 120 participants from 14 government departments and other organizations enrolled in the programs.

The 34th and 35th classes of the Management Development Program (MDP) commenced with an experiential learning workshop and a two-day managerial decision-making module. Since its launch in 2000, the nine-day flagship program trained over 1,300 government officers from 32 government departments and related organizations. During the 2020 intake, the two classes comprised of 80 government officers from 14 bureaus and departments. Other learning modules will cover subjects related to leadership, change management, negotiation, and crisis and stress management.

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) also began in mid-November. This is the eighth run of the program, with 40 government officers from seven bureau and departments. The four-day program covered various topics related to managerial decision making, effective leadership skills to drive performance, team communications, and creative thinking.
