Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA Participants Celebrates an Unforgettable Weekend
The last week of September was a special one for the Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA Program.
Although classes were suspended for the past eight months, current participants remained eager to learn! Since the pandemic outbreak, the Program has organized various master classes, alumni sharing sessions, and networking events online to keep everyone connected. On September 22, the Program celebrated its 100th online event!
To prepare for participants returning to campus, we installed GERMAGIC-coated plexiglass shields and setting up multiple cameras and conference systems for overseas participants amongst other facility upgrades. We even designated staff members to adjust camera angles for online participants to have just as good of an experience as those joining physically! Everyone was thrilled to see each other again physically or online.
Furthermore, the program adopted various safety measures to keep everyone safe, such as observing social distancing during lunch break where participants were served with individually packaged meal boxes rather than the traditional buffet meals.
Our program values life-long learning by welcoming alumni regularly to update their knowledge. This year, alumni from different cohorts also joined us to audit classes.
The week concluded with everyone celebrating Mid-Autumn Festival with moon cakes specially made for the program.
