Congratulations to our student Zanna CHUNG for winning the Human Capital Management Society (HCMS) Scholarship 2019/2020!
HCMS is a professional organization that advocates for human capital management excellence in Hong Kong and Asia. The scholarship encourages students to increase their knowledge and understanding of human resources management. Due to the pandemic situation, participants were required to present their essays to a panel of judges online.
Currently studying Management and Marketing, Zanna came first place in the competition. The topic of the essay focuses on how HR professionals can help corporates thrive on sustainability. Zanna's essay includes six HR solutions with a focus on driving innovation and entrepreneurial leadership.
She said making good use of the School’s online resources is one of her winning factors. “The library databases are very useful for me to find more data to support my solutions,” Zanna said. She added that Professor Mark MIHOREAN gave her a lot of helpful advice on her presentation.
