Dear friends of HKUST Business School,

 

Our new academic year is getting off to a great start! We commenced by welcoming over 1,800 high-caliber students to our undergraduate and postgraduate programs, while more than a dozen new faculty members also joined in time for the fall semester each bringing a unique set of talents and experiences to our School. Our long-time friend Professor Albert IP was conferred an Honorary Fellowship by HKUST. Prof. Ip serves as an inspiring role model demonstrating how every member of the HKUST community has the potential to forge connections and bring new opportunities to the School. Last but certainly not least, our collaboration with HSBC to pilot the week-long Hypothetical e-HKD (a digital version of the local currency) was successfully concluded.
