- The Impacts of Environmental Risks on Financial Markets and Financial Decisions
- Climate Risk Modeling and Derivative Products
- The Financing of Green Infrastructure Projects
- Enabling Technologies of Green Finance
- Talent Capacity Building and Talent Development
- The Effectiveness of Policy and Regulatory Instruments in Developing Green Finance in Hong Kong
In this video, the Task 5 team will demonstrate its efforts to develop talent for a sustainable future by addressing the growing demand for green finance expertise in Hong Kong. Through its two-track approach, the project maps workforce trends, training needs, and talent flows (Manpower Track) while offering policy recommendations to strengthen Hong Kong as a green finance hub (Policy Track). The team aims to foster industry collaboration, promote green finance careers, and shape the talent development pipeline to ensure Hong Kong remains a leader in the global green finance transformation.
