A competition for top MBA students in Asia to showcase their equity research and stock-picking skills has been won by a team from HKUST.
The 4th NUS Asian MBA Stock Pitch Competition was held in Singapore in March and required participants to prepare and present buy/hold/sell recommendations to a panel of judges from the investment industry, and defend their recommendations..
The HKUST team, comprising Lex J. Arayanimitskul, Christian Maentele and Karan Singh, triumphed over nine other teams from China, India, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Australia and Hong Kong.
