Topic: The evolution of retail – the role of omni channel retailing
The retail landscape has been evolving rapidly over the last decade with successful brick-and-mortar models of the 1990s having difficulty. Meanwhile, the new online models have often grown revenue but shown little profitability. We will discuss how the strengths of the two channels can be combined to improve both the range of customer needs served as well as the cost of serving those needs.
