The biggest source of insurtech talent for the insurance companies from April 2021 to March 2022 was insurtech professionals currently working in Hong Kong , while the second-best source was non-insurtech professionals from other industries in Hong Kong , followed by graduates from local universities . As for their expected sources for insurtech talent for the period from April 2022 to March 2023, the biggest source was also insurtech professionals currently working in Hong Kong , while graduates from local universities replaced non-insurtech professionals from other industries in Hong Kong as the second-best source.
