Elite Talent Development Programme by HKFI Launched in April 2021 for transferring advice, knowledge and insights of retired insurance veterans to young executives in different positions in the industry, 59 the program also aims at providing opportunities for young executives to learn from experienced mentors about the insurance market, commercial awareness, management, underwriting, client relations, marketing, and insurance claims.
