9 The 5,863 respondents present a diverse demographic profile encompassing adults of various age groups, occupations, income levels, education levels, and investment experience. A summary of the demographic profile is as follows: - Age: The majority of respondents are aged 30 or above, with 60.57% between 30 and 49 years old, and 19.34% aged 50 or above. Approximately 20% are under 30. - Gender: The gender distribution mirrors that of Hong Kong, with 57.36% female and 42.64%male. - Education: A significant majority (61.18%) have obtained an undergraduate degree or higher. - Occupation: Most respondents are either clerical and service workers (37.46%) or administrators and professionals (27.55%). - Income: About 40% of respondents reported a monthly income between HKD 10,000 and HKD 30,000, while another 43% reported a monthly income above HKD 30,000. - Investment Experience: Investment experience varies among respondents. 34.22% have some experience but less than 4 years, 21.02% have between 4 and 10 years of experience, and about 26.32% have more than 10 years of experience. Less than 20% respondents indicated having no investment experience.
