Dear friends of HKUST Business School,
As part of our continuing efforts to promote fintech, we have announced the findings of our industry-wide study that closely looked into the manpower resources and requirements in Hong Kong. The study addresses the growing demand for local fintech talent, makes recommendations on talent development and identifies core competencies for fintech professionals. I hope industry players will find this study useful in setting out their talent development strategies as we nurture our students for upcoming opportunities in this rapidly emerging field.
