Dear friends of HKUST Business School,

My first weeks at HKUST have been a pleasure. I’ve spent much of that time meeting colleagues, students, alumni, and partners across our community. These conversations have been energizing and a great way for me to get a feel for the ideas and ambitions that drive this School.

This edition of our eNews also provides a glimpse of what makes HKUST so special. You will see faculty contributing to global academic conversations, students performing strongly in international competitions, research connecting to real-world challenges, and our MBA program rising in global rankings. It is also encouraging to see our partnerships expanding across the region and internationally.

I will continue using these early months to listen and learn from many of you as we think about the next chapter of the School. And if there are topics you would like to hear more about in this newsletter, please let us know.
