28 KEY FINDINGS AND OBSERVATIONS Overall, interest in pursuing a career in the GSF sector was significantly higher among male respondents (76.3%) than female respondents (56.2%). Male respondents also placed greater importance on sustainability-related job attributes, such as the company’s environmental strategy and potential for the role to make a positive societal impact.
