Gender Disparities in Attitudes and Career Engagement with GSF The findings reveal a notable gender disparity, with male respondents consistently demonstrating higher levels of engagement across multiple indicators related to GSF awareness, attitudes, and career interest. For instance, 61.5% of male respondents reported being familiar with GSF concepts, compared to 47.6% of female respondents. Similarly, 65.8% expressed strong interest in GSF topics, versus 53.9% of females. Male respondents were also more likely to pay attention to environmental protection policies and trends (62.5% vs. 53.2%), express concern about the impact of extreme weather (62.2% vs. 58.2%), and indicate willingness to change their behavior for climate action (65.7% vs. 60.5%).
