 24 KEY FINDINGS AND OBSERVATIONS 8.	Training and Support Are Key Enablers Overall, respondents indicated that access to various forms of support and resources would enhance their interest in pursuing a career in GSF. Training programs offered by recognized training providers were identified as the most helpful resource (60.7%), followed by university degree or certification programs (39.6%), one-off seminars or workshops (39.5%), and networking opportunities (39.4%). The close range of percentages across these options suggests that respondents value a diverse set of learning and engagement opportunities, reflecting the importance of offering a well-rounded ecosystem of educational and professional development resources to attract and prepare talent for the GSF sector.
