When considering a job offer, respondents viewed salary and benefits as the most important factor, with 69.6% selecting it as important, followed by work location and working hours (68.2%), career advancement and progression opportunities (65.7%), and alignment with personal interests (59.9%). Other factors such as company values, sustainability strategy, and the ability to make a positive impact were also considered important by more than half of the respondents. When evaluating job offers specifically in the GSF sector, the importance of these factors remained consistently high. Notably, making a positive impact on the environment and society (67.4%) and company values and culture (66.8%) were rated slightly higher than salary and benefits (66.2%), suggesting that values-driven motivations may carry more weight in the context of GSF careers.
