Barriers to Entry Include Knowledge and Skills Gaps Among respondents who were not interested in pursuing a career in GSF, the most commonly cited reasons were insufficient understanding of the sector (45.5%), a lack of interest in working in the financial services industry (44.5%), and lack of relevant skills or experience (33.6%). These findings highlight the need for targeted education and training initiatives to bridge knowledge gaps and support career readiness. I do not have sufficient understanding of the sector.
