Below is a summary of the key demographic characteristics of the sample. The sample includes respondents aged 18 to 25. While the distribution does not exactly mirror that of the general population in Hong Kong, it captures a broad representation of young adults. Overall, respondents aged 22 to 25 make up a slightly larger share of the sample. A majority of respondents (60.2%) are employed full-time, while 10.9% are employed part-time. Students make up nearly a quarter (24.7%) of the sample, with smaller proportions identifying as self-employed (1.5%), unemployed (1.6%), homemakers (0.8%), or retired (0.2%). The gender distribution of the sample is closely aligned with that of the general population. Female respondents slightly outnumber males, comprising 52.4% of the sample, while males represent 47.6%.
