United States Congress 2015 Clean Power Plan This plan set the first-ever national limits on carbon pollution from power plants and then the nation's largest source of these emissions. EPA 2021 Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act This law provided a path for long-term, sustainable growth by making key investments in environmental and energy infrastructure. United States Congress 2021 The Long-Term Strategy of the United States: Pathways to Net- Zero Greenhouse Gas Emissions by 2050 This strategy set out the target of achieving carbon neutrality no later than 2050. United States Government 2022 Inflation Reduction Act This law modified and extended the Clean Vehicle Tax Credit, created the Previously Owned Clean Vehicles Tax Credit and the Qualified Commercial Clean Vehicles Tax Credit, and extended both the Alternative Fuel Refueling Tax Credit, and the Advanced Energy Project Credit.
