Often, these talented individuals place a lot of weight on the specific nature of the job combined with the vision of the organization. Amid the talent shortage, those who develop the most compelling employee value propositions are more likely to attract top candidates. Here are some elements those surveyed said in making a compelling employee value proposition: • Purpose —“Working towards something meaningful” • Making a difference —“Having the opportunity to leave a mark” • Continuous learning —“Learning new things and working with the best minds in the industry” • Varied experiences —“Wanting lots of different experiences in one’s job instead of repetitive work”
