To promote equal opportunities and gender diversity, HKUST DBA Program, which targets a highly selective group of senior executives, has launched two awards to bestow on eligible DBA candidates in the form of scholarship. The Award for Women Leaders seeks to recognize female leaders with good academic performance and professional achievement, as well as strong track record in representing gender and viewpoint diversity.
On the other hand, the Award for Leaders from Non-Profit Organizations and Public Sectors aims to recognize leaders with a strong background in non-profit organizations and public sectors, showing good leadership and an excellent record of accomplishment.
