Since our last collaboration in 2013, our Executive Education Office has resumed working with the Bank of China Group Investment Ltd (BOCGI) on a tailor-made three-module executive education program for their senior management in 2021-22. Spanning across three days between December 2021 and January 2022, the program was exclusively designed to cater to the busy schedule of their executives. Aiming to provide a collective learning journey for top leaders in the company, the program also enhanced their leadership capabilities and provided the latest market updates.
Led by Professor Caroline WANG, the first module was a one-day course focusing on team leadership and decision making. A group of 30 senior management leaders across 14 departments attended the course. During the class, Professor Wang introduced her decision-making framework, shared her 30-plus years of experience in leadership and decision-making roles, and discussed the most common traps to help management make the best managerial decisions.
The executives spoke highly of Professor Wang’s module and found it extremely useful, practical, and insightful. Their positive learning experience marked a positive start to their learning journey at HKUST.
