[eNews] Kellogg-HKUST EMBA Graduation Class Takes Step for an Inclusive Society

A ceremony on July 13 marked a special moment for the 43 graduates of Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA (KH EMBA) when they completed the 18-month world-class program that was ranked No.1 in the world nine times by the Financial Times.

Mr Benjamin HUNG, Regional CEO (Greater China & North Asia) and CEO (Retail Banking, and Wealth Management) for Standard Chartered Bank, was invited to deliver a keynote speech to the graduates. Prof. Milind RAO, Department of Economics from HKUST, was selected as “Professor of the Year” by the graduating class.  Prof Rao has gained this privileged title for a record six times.

At the graduation ceremony, the class also made a meaningful donation to the New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association to promote mental health for people recovering from mental illnesses and to encourage a more inclusive society, an example of their dedication to building a positive society.

With their office locations spanning across 15 cites as far as London, Mumbai and Yangon, KH21 (Class of 2019) will become a pivotal part of an expanding global network of KH alumni. This wonderful network of top global leaders has played a significant role in contributing to the program’s continued success.
